Nunca voy a entender a estas empresas multimillonarias incapaces de invertirle un poco en tener un buena app, esta es la pagina web en chiquito, pesima UI, pesima UX. Pongale cariño a las cosas hay muchas apps buenas con las que comprararlos. Integren ApplePay algun dia.
Terrible aplicacion!
Iba a realizar el pedido por telefono, pero tienen una publicidad que dice que si te registras en la app tienes 40% de descuento en tu primer pedido. La aplicacion fue una experiencia horrible, y el descuento no se aplicó. Probablemente la peor app de delivery que haya usado. No la descarguen, hagan el pedido por telefono. Ojalá hubiera forma de calificar con menos 5 estrellas.
Problemas con la dirección de envío
Da mucha desconfianza cuando la aplicación no puede establecer correctamente la dirección de envío; además, en más de una ocasión hab enviado la orden de forma incorrecta. Tomen el ejemplo de otras apps como la de Domino’s Pizza, que si bien no es el mejor producto, prefiero pedirla porque da mayor confianza que su app, y ya llevan bastante tiempo sin poder/querer corregirla.
