Personal experience
For me it was quite good and efficient until it was not; currently they missed two transfers and even they say they “were successful” 650€ are missed. Nobody knows where they are as if it would be someone else’s fault and their client service is a redundant amount of the same messages about how “the transfer was successful” in their records without further solution (even in the bank accounts that amount hadn’t been delivered for over ONE MONTH) I will probably never use them ever again and I recommend you to neither do it or at your own risk.

Terrible customer service
I used Paysend successfully some years ago, I always transfer money from Sweden to Mexico and it was slow but it worked. But just recently I made two transfers between my own accounts and any of them have arrived. I verified with both banks (Mexico and Sweden) and they concluded Paysend must have it because it was removed from my Swedish account but never delivered. 300€ are missing and Paysend stole them, they don’t reply messages or email and when they do it’s just to say “we can see the transfer was successful” I wouldn’t give it a single star and I encourage you to never use it
