Tengo la suscripción anual de lo que creo que es el plus, sin embargo, cuando mi hija se lleva su tableta a lugares en donde no hay WiFi, es cómo si no hubiera comprado nada, porque todas las aplicaciones bloquean lo que se supone ya estaban desbloqueados y no se que se puede hacer al respecto.

Realicé una compra de un juego de Ping Fong de un paquete por $399, se hizo el cargo a la tarjeta pero no se abrió el juego. Quedo atenta para que me indiquen que procede. Gracias.
