With busy and exhausting working hours, it is necessary to stop and take 15 mins of sleep called power nap.
Power nap not only refreshes mind but boost creativity and reduces tiredness. Thats the reason every giant company has facility for their employees to take a power nap.
The only problem with it, is getting into deep sleep. One must avoid deep sleep not just for time constraint but it slows down brain activities after waking up.
This app is designed for your power nap without you getting into deep sleep. You can quickly set 1 min -30 min timer and take a nap. App will wake you up with pleasant alarm. Not only that, with deep sleep detection mode, you need to place a finger on app and app realise when you get into deep sleep as your finger pressure gets reduced and awaken you with the alarm.
Get the voice countdown and 5 min reminder in advanced settings.

Not very good at all
To begin with your got to leave your thumb on the screen… it supposedly wakes you up when it feels your falling too deep in a sleep. So my thumb lifted from the screen, I fell asleep, the screen closed and the alarm NEVER rang. I wake up, open my phone and the count down resumed. What a terrible app to depend on to wake up from a Power Nap, and the why it’s measured is…. Unintelligible to say the least. If I could give it less than a star I would.

App has been set to run even if screen is off. It was fixed in the last release. But still i will check on it. When your thumb was lifted, may be app was sent to background. Would you use this app if all bugs get fixed?
