According to Prana Chart, your basic constitution is determined at the time of birth. With the first breath the biological cycles begin which regenerate the your constitution.

This constitution is called Prakruti. The term Prakruti is a Sanskrit word that means, 'basic nature', 'constitution' or 'the first creation.' One of the most important concepts of Ayurveda is that one's basic constitution is fixed throughout his lifetime.

Different persons can have different combination of Doshas, Elements, Chakras, Planets, Pranas as their genetic constitution or Prakruti. This explains the differences between individuals and why everyone is unique and that two persons can react very differently when exposed to the same environment or stimuli.

Prana Chart groups people according to seven constitution types. The Rasa Ayurvedic practitioner's first objective is to understand the nature or constitution of the patient.

According to Prana Chart, each person has a constitution, that was determined at birth. The human constitution is made of these Seven Planets. The constitution determines a person's basic body type, sensitivities and personality.
