Queensman Spades Property Management and Maintenance Service is designed to look after your property as if it were our own. Suited for the international and local property investor.


The target audience of this application includes people who either own or lease properties and require property maintenance and management services throughout the year for their homes/offices.

Users can obtain an account to access Queensman Spades app by contacting the managers of the business. The business managers review the property details of the owners and create their account from an admin portal. Once the user is added to the database, they can log in to the iOS app of Queensman Spades using their device. It is meant for multiple target clients. Currently, the app will be distributed in the United Kingdom, United Arab Emirates and Pakistan. It will be distributed in other countries later. It is accessible only by people who have duly registered their properties through in-person contact with the business managers of Queensman Spades.
