WISH I COULD GIVE -5 STARS.
This app is a nightmare. Charges you fees of $35 dollars every time your payment “doesn’t go through” even when you do have the money in the account. Not to mention it ALSO charges you $75 US DOLLARS for “late payments” when there’s a huge error on the app with card payments. They need to delete this app forever. It gave me the worst experience that I had to move out from my apartment because I couldn’t deal with it. Plus the company I was renting with never helped much.
Do not rent with companies using this app.
