Estando de viaje por Italia. Después de volver a mi país y cancelar la aplicación removí, a los 15 días me llegó un cargo por “datos expuestos”

Terrible Experience
You can’t group ride like the majority of similar apps. They don’t accept PayPal or various credit cards.
I took one ride and, upon figuring the group rides thing I tried to end it and it took forever to “lock” the ride, and it eventually didn’t. I tried several times since that and none of them were successful, and they all took several minutes to try and “lock” instead of doing it immediately. I had no choice but to leave the ride running (on my card) and couldn’t cancel it or lock it (despite trying several times on several locations). Eventually I was charged 40 euros and there’s still no reimbursement. The only reason the ride stopped is because it reached 2 hours.
No customer service either, the expected answers on my complaints were 24 hours and there is no number or ádrelas you can refer to.
