We created this app to track our running without the need to carry a device (no GPS)! Enter details about your runs, view trends and graphs, receive reminders, stay motivated.
To log a run, double-tap or long-touch any calendar day. Then record:
* distance (km/mi)
* duration
* effort level
* type of run (cross country, intervals, race, etc. - choose from 15!)
* route name
* group runs
* rest days
* freeform notes
Whether you're a pro or a casual runner, RUNNING LOG is an invaluable tool to help you stick to your goals and track your progress.

Excelente que lo actualizaron
En esencia es lo mismo pero con un diseño más actual. Deben mejorar las gráficas. Tiene todavía muchos errores. Ya corrigieron algunos puntos. Seguramente pronto será una excelente opción para no tener que cargar el iPhone mientras se corre.
Good App
Buena Aplicacion, Quiza si le agregan un par de funciones mas, por ejemplo, Kilometraje Por Zapato, poder AGREGAR nuestras propias rutas o EDITAR las ya Existentes y AGREGAR el tipo de entrenamiento que vamos a realizar (Cross Training: Gimnasio, Bicicleta, Etc.) seria mas atractiva aun, con esto se hubiera ganado las 4 estrellas. Por todo lo demas es una buena aplicacion. Para Ganar 5 Estrellas le faltan las Zonas Cardiacas de Entrenamiento junto con las Calorias Quemadas.
