The app Shakeitoff with the TRE® exercises can help you resolve your traumata, overcome anxiety, compulsions and panic, and find calm, confidence and serenity serenity. This app helps you trigger neurogenic tremors, a self-healing reflex of our body, an innate ability to release tension and stress reactions.

The word "neurogenic" means that it is a physical reaction that you cannot consciously induce or control.
