Text to Speech is an app that converts any text to speech and can read out loud in any language.
The app has large storage for creating your personal library. You can use it for different content of your choice: websites, emails, notes, e-books, PDF/TXT files and documents. To make it easy to use, the app features various options for adding text: you can type the text yourself or paste the copied fragment with unlimited characters, scan the required number of pages or add a photo from your gallery. The app will recognize the text and read it to you at a comfortable speed.

The best app for reading texts out loud
This was the best free-version app for reading texts out loud that I could find. Although the premium version gives you plenty of things to choose from the free app lets you do great things that no other app permitted me to do, and the best part is that it doesn’t have any adds while you are listening to your text. The only problem that I find is that you can only get one file if you are using the free-version, but it can be easily fixed by deleting your only file and putting the new one.
