UBUK CardAssist brings an easy to use experience to managing your debit card on the go. This application comes with everything you require to manage your debit card on your mobile phone or tablet. UBUK CardAssist offers a range of services to make using your debit card convenient and secure giving you, our valued customer, peace of mind.


UBUK CARDASSIST Features:

• Card activation – Activate your card (You will need to have your card with you to do this)

• Available balance to spend on your card - Get an up to date available to spend amount on your debit card with a simple swipe of your mobile phone.

• Latest transactions - View your last 100 transactions which will be listed in date and time order.

• Regional locking of your card - Whilst at home or abroad on business or on holiday UBUK CardAssist will enable you to lock your card preventing any unauthorised use in any region of the world of your choice.

• Lock your card - Not using your card? Stored safely away in your wallet or purse? With UBUK CardAssist with just a swipe on your phone you can ‘warm block’ your card rendering the card inactive until you are ready to use it. This is an easy, fast and effective way to prevent your card being used if stolen. To make the card active again you simply enter the App and swipe to remove the ‘warm block’.

• eCommerce locking - Internet card fraud is the most common and fastest growing type of card fraud. With our eCommerce card blocking facility you can lock your card to prevent Online, Mail Order and Telephone purchases until you are ready to buy something yourself. When you see that item you wish to buy simply open the App and remove the eCommerce block, purchase your item and re lock your card.

• PIN retrieval - Too many cards, too many PIN numbers to remember? With PIN retrieval via the UBUK CardAssist App you can now view your PIN number at any time after going through some additional security.*

• Set an Auto Lock on your phone to prevent unauthorised use
• Don’t use public Wi-Fi networks to access the UBUK CardAssist Mobile App
• Shield your phone while accessing the App
• Don’t share your login details with anyone
