Video to pic is the best way to extract Full HD moments from your videos.
Videos are loaded directly from your Photo Library to the Video to Photo app, then you can inspect the video frame by frame and pick up the one you like to save as still image. The photo will be saved at the same resolution as the source video.

La verdad cumple con su función, y es mejor que sacar una captura a un video / Live Photo porque no pierde nada de calidad

SOLO PON TU VIDEO EN CUALQUIER POSICION QUE QUIERAS EN LA APP FOTOS Y SACALE UNA CAPTURA HACE LO MISMO DE LO QUE PUEDES HACER EN APPLE NO ESTE DESPERDICIO DE ESPACIO
¿Y el resto de la app?
Estaba esperanzada en que era la app que necesitaba, el gran problema fue que pareciera que no está terminado su desarrollo, ya que después de cargar el video no ocurre nada, sigue en la opción de “Choose video”. Ojalá que después la mejoren, sería una herramienta genial.
