Te pide registrarte y verificar tu identidad, no acepta ningún documento que ingreses a menos que hayas anteriormente realizado un pago en persona, nunca he hecho el pago en persona Con ellos por lo cual se vuelve imposible realizarlo en línea y te piden acudir a sucursal, volviendo a lo mismo, para que tienen una app?
Pésima UX
Para operar en México te exigen tener dos apellidos. "Si no tienes dos apellidos NO PUEDES HACER UN ENVÍO." Se los juro que esa respuesta obtuve del servicio de atención al cliente por vía telefónica. Una locura.
No sirve
La app no te permite transferencias si no haz realizado un movimiento en ventanilla antes, el problema es que la mayoría de sus corresponsales solo reciben y no envían con lo que enviar dinero por este medio se vuelve prácticamente imposible
