The app also delivers access to lifestyle benefits and offers from vendors, to users, as discount opportunities, rewards for continued loyalty and as cross-sold marketing offers. Besides, WEY Rewards makes use of consumer-defined preferences as well as evolving user patterns and habits, to improve on the filtering out of vendor offers and opportunities by identifying vendors successfully transacted with and reflect the consumer’s lifestyle, by the offers and propositions they deliver.
As a new way of thinking, interaction and exchange, the WEY Rewards service is encouraging the development and growth of a community mindset, between customers and vendors. It achieves this by supporting the growth of vendor trade by fostering an opportunity for repeat transactions from customers, by ensuring only well-matched offers are presented from the vendor. Whilst also, helping to reward the Nigerian entrepreneurial spirit.
