Best Friendly Crypto-Fiat Bank EVER!!

I being using Xapo Bank for some time and it’s been a glad success using their friendly App, where I can send my crypto assets to use worldwide with their Visa Card for my personal trips or to pay for international services without any hassle, if I need Cash I only need to found any ATM and I can withdraw local currency for very competitive rate and fees. My personal Assistant Mariana always is helpful with my account and very detailed oriented and reliable. She even send me a message on my B-Day!!.

Best BTC bank but…

I used love Xapo and all the innovations they are bringing, they were my everyday bank… until lately they say they have a 48hr window to make transactions. If I want to make a BTC or a USDC transaction, now the expected time is 24-48 hrs for review!!! It was never like that it always worked amazing. That destroys the concept of banking my bitcoin, it the most stupid policy I have ever seen. You should fix that ASAP or most likely you would lose a customer very fast.

Strict Kyc

Too strict KYC for crypto project like that. It is not possible to open the account with Mexican residence which works in many classic Mexican banks
