Start your new journey in making healthier and balanced meal choices using Your Food Journal.

Want a simplified way to track your meals? Hate having to focus on calorie counting and want something easier to log and journal? Then Your Food Journal is right for you. Our goal is to help make it easy for anyone to better understand what they're eating each day and to make healthier choices as they're eating and to journal experiences.

Your Food Journal also offers tips and insights as you keep logging to help you make more informed decisions each day.

Your Food Journal Can:
• Help easily track your meals and water each day
• Log journal entries and help set goals as you better plan ahead
• See insights as you log your meals and water to help you make decisions
• Get notifications throughout the day

Your Food Journal (free) edition lets you view your past week of journal and meals and includes basic insights. Upgrading to a premium Annual (9.99) or Monthly (.99) plan will allow you to view your entire journal and meal history and get many more insights. The price of premium may vary from country to country.

Subscriptions will automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period (and charged to your iTunes account). You can turn off auto-renew/manage subscriptions in your iTunes account settings.

Thank you for using Your Food Journal. We've been working hard to bring you many new features and enhancements. Much of this has been from all the wonderful feedback we've received from you all.

What's New:
- View Past Meals: One of the most requested features is the need to view past meals. We've added a new Calendar selection option in the Meals screen in addition to the Journal and Water screen. Now you can view your past meals.
- Feed (Beta): We're beta testing out a new feature called Feed. This can be accessed in the Meals screen. The Feed is a dynamic space where we share Recipes, Tips, and more to help give you more tools and ways to eat healthy. Check back often as we add new items and for now enjoy the Recipes and Tips!
- Meal Groups: As part of adding the ability to view past meals, we've moved the feature of checking your meal groups for that day to a new section right where it's convenient. Right below your meals logged for that day. Be sure to check it out!
- New calendar selection
- UX and Performance: Along with many other features, we've also improved the user experience of the app, adding animations and enhancements to make the app more enjoyable to use. We've also squashed a ton of annoying bugs in the process too!

Simple and effective

I have hypoglycemia so tracking my food is very important for my health. When finding an app that I wanted to use, I needed to also be able to check my food history to review with my doctor. Unfortunately, this app a.) doesn’t let you view your past meals and b.) without paying premium, only goes as far as a week (in either case, i haven't even been able to find where you can check your history, which is frustrating).

On a more positive note, the apps aesthetic and overall organization is very clean and easy to use. You can track your food, water and even journal.

Again, the only thing I would say about improving the app is making it easy (and accessible) to look at past meal entries.

Thank you so much for the feedback! First of all I want to say how much we appreciate you taking the time to review our app. We read everyone of these and take all feedback into consideration. You’ll be happy to know that your feedback about seeing the past history of meals is one we’ve gotten often. We are releasing an update VERY soon actually to make it more visible to view past meals in the meals section itself.

For the time being though, I think it’s worth noting that the feature is actually currently there but it is in the journal section. If you go to the journal tab and look at the “Food Log” you can view your past meals there. All you need to do is change the Date to the day you want to view the meals for.

We’re also looking into a way to export all of the meals for a given period into a PDF so that you can show others if needed.
