English Sub please!!
Honestly, I’ve played perfect world in PC few years ago and I really love the game! PLEASE MAKE IT AVAILABLE IN ENGLISH!! 😭😭😭 I’d spend my money on this game if i could understand the language...
Lack of English language setting.
[ UPDATE : Keeps crashing on Iphone XR IOS13.4.1 after the recent update. ] This game should have an English language setting. Not everyone understands Chinese. If you want to gain more players, you should release English version/language setting. Gameplay is pretty good so far but not much actual newbies as the old/current players love creating multiple accounts in the same server or even in other servers, so that means you don’t really meet new people it’s mostly the same few players hopping from servers to servers with their new accounts. Purchasing bugs causing the same problem to occur multiple times a week, you pay something with your gold coin but you ain’t getting the particular item. Complained to customer service several times, first time they solved the problem by returning exact amount of gold coin in the next day but after that when you complain about the same problem they will just put you on hold for days and never solve it. A lot players are unhappy because of the very low dropping rate of rare/good supplies during gameplay although some of them had already topped up tons of money and boosted their level of luck.
Time consuming game
Played the game for more than 2 weeks. But I've now abandoned it. Too time consuming. Consider that most working class (and also group of player that potential will spend on game) can only play at night, event start on 6-7pm which we will probably miss it. Maybe try to avoid too many time specific event and reduce some of the grouping play on your next develop game. I'm looking forward Chibi (赤壁）anyhow.
