All is good
I have been using this app for one year and for sure enjoy it very much. However, I could not endure platform policy that is so stupid to allow ignorant people to bully seller and sharer for their own interests. Some of the sound so rude and yet no action taken towards their posts. Some just merely sharing good stuff to attract people. They are being warned and silenced. Is this right? It’s just a distorted policy that protect I’ll intentions people to ruin others by doing cyber bully. Your overly protective mechanism is not protecting innocent people and helping the economy of the small and medium business group but indirectly all these evil people to ruin the economy of your country. Please do something about it. Or else, I won’t be surprised why there are many people quit using it because of the real ‘sick contents “ users are being protected.
Unreasonable Account Suspension and Data Review on Xiaohongshu
During the registration process, the platform did not indicate that users were required to submit personal information or a passport in order to use the service. However, shortly after creating the account—before I even officially started using it—my account was suddenly suspended without a clear reason.
Following the suspension, I submitted the requested documents as instructed by Xiaohongshu’s customer service team. They promised that the review would be completed within **3 days**, but it has already been more than **2 weeks**, and my account remains suspended with no resolution.
Furthermore, Xiaohongshu now requires overseas users like myself to provide **international passports** in order to proceed. This requirement was never mentioned during registration, and I strongly suspect that the platform may be using account suspension as a means to force overseas users to provide sensitive personal data. This raises serious concerns about improper collection and usage of overseas users’ private information, and it unfairly restricts our access to the platform.
