Description
手语(C)是用手势比量动作，根据手势的变化模拟形象或者音节以构成的一定意思或词语，它是听力障碍的人（即聋人，以下简称为听障人）互相交际和交流思想的一种手的语言，它是“有声语言的重要辅助工具”，而对于听力障碍的人来说，它则是主要的交际工具。
为了方便社会各界人士学习手语、了解聋人，我们制作发布了首期“手语”——手语学习APP软件。该课程的开发与应用，充分利用信息技术创设便捷、高效的网上手语学习环境，满足特教工作者、广大志愿者、家长和手语爱好者学习手语的需要。
