Unable to log in by Facebook account PLEASE FIX
I always playing log in with Facebook account but now have issue, unable to connect. PLEASE FIX otherwise I will just uninstall is easy.
Couldn’t connect to fb acc from apps
It started to get error after I update it 3days ago and this morning I couldn’t connect at all, so I try to uninstall and install the apps back again, however after I did it and try to connect my fb acc to get back my game history and it status there “ this apps is still in development mode, and you don’t have access to do it” kinda direct me how am I gonna to get my acc back and I spend quite a day to get myself to level 21 and I couldn’t log in??
付款了完全沒拿到獎勵
我在遊戲裡面充值了禮包，結果完全沒收到獎勵，而且最離譜的是已經從我的戶口扣款，臉書完全聯絡不到人，讓我發郵件給他們客服，發了郵件等了一個星期多都沒人回復，態度真的很惡劣，我現在都不知道該不該還有期待可以拿回我的錢，希望大家不要再受騙了。希望單位有看到的話麻煩你們回復一下，這個是我們的血汗錢，就是因為信任，結果你們是怎麼處理的？這樣明目張膽選擇漠視嗎？
可惜無法放照片，不然就可以證明這遊戲有多可怕。
I had already made an in app purchase, but there is no credit into my account at all. I try to contact them via Facebook messenger, but all I received was system generated messages and ask me to email them. However, I don’t receive any responses from them at all even after I sent my complaints and information of the case to the email address given by them. All I want is to get back my money, is that really difficult? I just hope that they don’t just ignoring my email and please, give some responses and provide any solution will do.
How terrible their service is.
