The Artistry Skin Analyzer 2.0 app, which works together with Artistry Skin Analyzer Device, a portable on-the-go skin diagnostic tool with 3-in-1 advanced technology, offers instant skin analysis to create personalized Artistry Skincare recommendation.

This 2.0 version is enhanced with the following features:
1. New Skin Measurement for Skin Radiance.
2. 9 skin measurements: Hydration, Sebum, Pore, Pigmentation, Elasticity, Wrinkle, Porphyrin (Acne), Sensitivity, and Radiance,.
3. WiFi combo*: Enable the simultaneous Wi Fi connection with skin analyzer device & network/data at the same time. *Only connect to network when transferring data or downloading product recommendation.

Result Saving Trouble

Each time when i click ‘save and close’ after the skin analysis, the app will quit immediately without saving my results. Thus, I can’t show the results or send the report to my customer. It happens even when I reinstalled the app. Hope it can be fixed quickly.

Useful App with bugs e

App not supported on iOS dark mode. All text gone invisible in the app. Also email from customer form not supported if there are numeric in the email address, form unable to submit.

Connection Problem

I used this app on my iPhone for my skin analyser a few months ago. Unfortunately, problems occurred and a pop-up window says, please check the network. So, I deleted the app and tried to download and install the app many time but still failed to get the certification. Perhaps this app needs an update. Please improve the service. So sad, I couldn't use my skin analyser until today.
