A very easy and useful apps during this pandemic

I really, really like this app. The instructions are easy to understand and the tips given are super handy. However, the apps can be improved if it allows its users to compute our own calories burnt throughout the day when doing other activities that are not in the apps such as cycling. I really want it to record so that i can track my progress along with the workouts that ive done with this apps.

Changed my Life

To be brutally honest, there are probably way better fitness apps in the app store , however, considering it’s a free app, and I mean REALLY FREE, it has worked wonders. It offers the entire 30 day program for free, simple UI and easy to understand instructions. I started off with full body Easy 1 , and after finishing the program (with a decent diet) , I’m feeling super strong and really enjoy my workouts. It’s quite varied and enjoyable. I love this app!

Rooting for more!

Well I just started my first day of workout, even though it's the easy plan but still I sweat so much maybe because I did some warmup before I start the workout. It's so convenient because I like how it instructs me to rest before starting a new workout and I like how it helps me to count the time during planks. So far this is a nice and friendly workout app for me! You guys should try it out!
