No option to delete account
I like the concept behind this app and that it provides a few opportunities to earn and even compound earnings on the platform.
However two things that I did not like while using the app:
1. There is no option to delete your account. Once you have created the account and submitted your details for kyc, there is no way to remove your account and details from the database should you decide to no longer use the app. THINK VERY CAREFULLY BEFORE CREATING AN ACCOUNT.
2. For every task category, there is a tutorial to guide you what is required but there is no way to review the tutorial after you complete it. Since you are given additional tasks based on your success rate of executing each task correctly and penalised when you have a higher rate of failure, if you forget what you learnt in the tutorial, you’re at a dead end. Don’t expect to be given more tasks and hence, there’s no other purpose for using this app.
