Can’t even get the account right
I’m managing a few water bills and the previous app had all that information. It got erased to nothing and now I have to download THIS APP. Managed to get the account numbers and selected non-owner account and input the correct account numbers and none of them work. ((edit: After 8 hours, I tried again and it works. If there is work done BTS, please actually think to put up a notice so your customers don’t think the whole app is just useless?))

Another Stupid App
I agree with others, this is redundant, the old one is usable. What does everyone do every month? Check history and pay our water bills of course. Now you want us to register again, add all our accounts again, is a stupid time wasting process. So every few years air Selangor spend money doing apps? All we need is an app to check bills and payment history, pay bills and having clean and uninterrupted water supply. Only stupid users play app games and collect coins with an app that is supposed to get water services. Yeah you go get your friends and family for a good review. Does those means in a few years time you spend resources doing app 3.0? Then register again, add accounts again? Does the app supplier give kickbacks or is this for justifying your jobs, is my question?
