Can be more expensive than gojo and grab

Fares tend to be unreasonable and more expensive than gojo and grab. That is why I only used the app 7 times so far. Hopefully something will change and then the app can completed with those two heavyweights.

Terrible system

1. This system does not allow the customer nor driver to choose the route. For example, if the primary route is with toll, the passenger is forced to take that route and pay for the toll fee (Although the time taken for the route with toll and without toll is just 1-2 minutes).
2. Since it is set that passenger or driver are not allowed to change their route, it is not clearly stated while booking the ride whether the route we’re taking requires toll fee or not.
3. There is no place for us to submit our complain about the terrible driver we’ve met other than giving one star and block them only. Even when I called the customer service, they did not give clear explanations about their system and also what action will be taken against the driver that received complaints.
4. I’ve just met a terrible driver on the way back from work and we had an argument about the route. However, there is no option for us to stop the ride but to tolerate with him for the whole journey. (Not to mention he even drove through ‘langgar’ the traffic light when it turned red!) All they have during the ride is just a big red SOS which the next action is to call the police.

Here I sincerely request for more improvements to be done for the apps.

The AA ride app has so many issues

First time I booked, my credit card got blocked because the vendor name looked fishy to them. I did not have credit card to use for 2 weeks.

The next time I booked, I canceled because the driver was far and tried to book again, same driver was chosen. I waited for 10 mins, then called the driver. He said there was no ongoing trip on his phone and he did not know what was going on.

The app is just too stupid and troublesome. Advise you not to use it unless the price is so much cheaper than Grab.
