Book private rooms, share homes with a host, or list your own space. This full-featured app boasts thousands of rent-ready pads, intuitive filters, and a beautiful design.

I had my worst trip ever here, I stayed in a Whale homestay in IPOH, and met this host named Meng Kit. Her attitude was super bad and I have no words to say. Our mood got spoiled so badly due to this homestay and the host itself. The homestay is creepy or should i say it’s dangerous since it is located near and main streets n is not guarded. We had a bad night there, there are knockings at our room door and we informed the host immediately and got treated by the host as a prank and she did not take us seriously n even warned us to not simply spread rumours about her homestay and do not leave malicious comments in the review zone. She showed up when we’re about to check out as we were slightly late, and she started complaining us and even scolded us and called us “downgrading her homestay” , this is serious and it’s a really bad experience. I will never go back to that homestay ever again and I am so disappointed as I promised her to not comment anything about that scary incident happened that night but ended up got reported as a bad guest by her. This is not how a guest should be treated, I want to make things cool and decided to not take your critics seriously but seems like you are trying to stir things up. I am super dissatisfied and disappointed, I hope the developers can get rid of bad attitude and irresponsible host. Thank you.

If you go to china please do not use this app , too much error and no one gonna help you with you payment problem .
I’ve tried for so many time and wait for at least 3 customer service agent handle my case , they are just pushing the problem to each other. In the end problem not solve .
I just want to pay , and today I give it a try again , my name was auto denied because another reason . I’ve use this app for quite a while on my US , Europe trip so far no problem .
