Using the in-app GPS functionality, directions to your choice of clinic will be shown. You can also make a call to the clinic without the hassle of exiting the Mobile App.

Go Green! Forget the Hassle of submitting hard copy receipts as Alliance is moving on to a paperless claim submission process.
Snap a picture of your original receipt and upload it via the Mobile App. So Simple!

Check Balance – Enhanced!
Check your balance on the Go! With the New Alliance Mobile App, you can peek at your current annual balance without using the web browser or desktop.

Cannot key in my number

Can you pls check your app. Unable to key in my phone number to view claims. Tried logging in and out. Have also tried reinstalling.
