Unable to check Order Status
Hi. I’m finding it rather confusing for your buyer to check for confirmation regarding their order status. Once I’ve made the payment, I exited my browser and click at “My Order” to check back whether my payment has been received or not. There’s no receipt/invoice shown or order status. I went to my email account to check for any confirmation email sent but there wasn’t.
I hope team Althea can improve their app service
so consumer can have better access and experience to it.
Failed to check out
I’ve been trying to check out ever since this morning and I still can’t do it. I tried to uninstall the app and installed it back but it was still the same. Every time I tried to check out it stated “one moment please” but then nothing happened. How long do I have to wait for it..??? Please fix it asap !!
Already been user for years. But havibg issue with the log in now. So try to login, even with Facebook, failed. When try forgot password, can’t find this customer. Next, try to re-sign up, that email has been used. But why can’t find this customer?!
Seems like all these issues existed since August 2019. Been months but haven’t solved. Disappointed cause can’t purchase. :/
