Before you start exploring Jamaa, here is some important information for kids and parents:
- The Animal Jam game is free to play with parental permission.
- Parents can control players’ access to social features through their Parent Tools.
Animal Jam offers optional in-app purchases that cost real money. You can disable the in-app purchasing functionality by adjusting your device settings.
This app also offers Animal Jam recurring membership subscription options that cost real money. Most in-app features do not require this paid membership. However, in addition to exclusive member features in the app, paid subscription also includes membership in the AJ Classic web game.
If you choose to purchase a membership, your iTunes account will be charged when you confirm the purchase. Your Animal Jam subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of your current membership period. Your iTunes Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current subscription period. You can manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal by going to your iTunes Account Settings any time after purchase. No refunds or credits are given for any unused periods, and your subscription will remain active through the end of that month.

Please remove members only items feature
I’m not saying just make them free for F2P(free to play) players, but old items such as double tail were also obtained through pack chests and weekly members gift, and many people even f2p players would trade for them because they didn’t have the “members only” tag, while newer member items are not available for F2P players to use, and if your membership expires it just disappears from your den/becomes unequippable, I don’t care if I had to trade many rare items, or buy with lots of sapphires, but it’s really not nice that these member items can’t be used at all. Not only that, but it also makes the item’s worth lower since only constant members will purchase it. Perhaps one of these member items could have been the next “double tail” or “galaxy wings” but not many would want it since the members tag.

Amazing game but a glitch
Hi ajhq! I want to thank you because I love your game so much! It’s an amazing learning opportunity but I have a small glitch, every so often when I open the app my screen is just black, it doesn’t load or anything it just stays like this. Two or three days later it will return to normal but please fix it. My user is Gracey186
To bring back some items, pets and animals
Hey AJHQ, can you please bring back blackout spike and forest boots and set to shops again? It has always been my dream to own those two items. And also can u bring back rare raccoon tails? Hope you reply because I would really appreciate if u bring those three items back in jamaa🥳🥳 also, can you bring back horses, arabian horses, goats, seals and artic fox ( not pets) come back to jamaa? My sister has always been wanting an artic fox and I feel pity on her. I also want to be those four animals. Can you also bring owls come to animal jam? and also do bring back pet peacock, phantom and pony.
I would really appreciate if you bring all the animals, pets and items that I’ve ask you to bring come back to jamaa. Please do make me and my sisters dream come true😋😋
