Reminder & tracking

Great app so far with rooms for improvement.

For instance, there is reminder & tracking for medication but non available for water.

The app have all the user’s data such as age, weight, height and so on, why not offer user the best experience ever? From the data, this app should be able to calculate and suggests to the user, plus with additional data of what is the daily activities/type of work, recommended amount of water to drink daily accurately.

Recommendations should also take the activities data real-time & constantly re-adjust it accordingly. I.e. users going for a hiking, biking (and other kind of sports) etc.

With data from Sleep Focus, recommendation should also include when (how frequent, hourly, hour and half, two hours etc) to drink, of course during users is awake.

To complete the minimum of 8 glasses (but not limited to) of water daily, reminders would be very helpful, just like the reminders for medication.

A pre-set amount of water intake per glass (based on amount recommended divide by 8 or more [user input] as option) would be even better.

Looking forward for the app update.

Better than any problems!

I like the idea for this new app! This app helps me to keep my dignity and other else in privacy such as my puberty. This keeps on private and it’s nice to share with someone too! Completely I know how to keep fit now. But I would to like to share some ideas of this which kept in my summary:

1)Your cycle tracking:
This makes it faster to know when is your menstruation time and when it is going to happen,it keeps track your cycle time and date too,it’s quite easy actually! Just answer the questions and boom! There you go!

2)Your sleep:
You can collect your data from that when you had slept in or not. Maybe you might choose ‘In Bed’/‘Asleep’/‘Awake’/‘Core’/‘Deep’ or ‘REM’. This helps keep your data on your sleep schedule. Mine said 1 min because I need to go to bed. Obviously,it is useful. Keep that in mind this is so nice and important for your track in the future!

3)Your state of mind:
Lastly,my point is a final one. This was a good example for everyone! You can choose what your emotions looks like and you can decide what you want. Maybe today you were angry and you put down ‘angry’. Everything is fine by yourself, your decision too!

Thank you for this I love this app!

Medication Color Coded for Taken

Now everything is black and is very difficult to know whether I’ve taken the medication or not even when I logged it, it remains black and I have to look twice to make sure I logged it. If you can make it green, then it will be perfect
