How to make payments with Atome app?
1. Select Atome.
If you’re shopping online, select Atome during checkout. If you’re at a participating physical store, scan the QR code at the cashier.
2. Make payments.
Atome automatically splits your purchase into 3 interest-free payments. Pay the first payment at the point of purchase. The next two payments will be spread across the next 30 days. No interest fees or hidden charges.
3. Check bills.
Check the status of your payment schedule under “Bills” in the app. You will also be informed when your payment cycle is complete.

The best shopping app ever!
I was introduced to this app one day by a merchant after their terminal had network issue. I was sceptical at first, but after I downloaded it & saw how cheap things became without any catch, I ended purchasing more stuff (and it still didn’t break my bank) that day & I never look back. Since that fateful day, shopping has turned into something Strategic for me. Everytime I passed through any shops at any mall, I’d be looking over at their counter to see any sign of Atome. No Atome, no deal. THAT’S how much Atome has changed my shopping habit. I just wish they could be placed in many more physical shops at the mall. I’m even thinking to buy Samsung & iPhone & converted it. But sadly some Samsung flagship merchant didn’t know how to use this Atome. They just had to loose their business that day and I went to other store at a different mall. Please educate your merchant too, I was disappointed at one of them.

Unable to process payment.
After I paid the late payment of my purchase at switch outlet. Now I’m unable to do purchase at any electronic store. After few email with the atome support team, I was being told to change to other card, wait for 7 days or try to attempt a lower amount. But none of these works. When I try to make purchase at different store (non electronic), the purchase was successful.
I think atome supports via email cannot handle my problem. I missed my Atome apps. Now I have to move to other apps because of these issue. Atome support team, please help me fix this issue.

Exorbitant charges
I’ve been using this app for quite some time now spending over 3k consistenly paid. However since this weekend I was out of town, I forgot to set my default payment to my preferred card. I was only given 1 notice today saying that my account has been blocked and I need to pay RM50 admin fee to unlock my account (this is a final payment for the order I made). Where’s the other notification? I should be notified through registered email too not only through texts. It says there I need to settle payment within 3 days or else there’s the admin fee but on the 3rd day itself I was charged and my account was locked. The charges levied not in 3 days but 2 days time. Nevermind that but the fee is very expensive compared to other financial institution’s interest. Misleading T&C, exorbitant charges and to think I’ve been a long time customer. Never again. Will pay all and will uninstall, review stars remain 1 (if I could give them 0, I would) as I do not see why they should be given more.
