Very Fast

There are 2 stages to apply for Visa
Stage 1 is to fill in,in the app itself for all the information they need and make your payment
Stage 2 is where they will send you a link via your email address(please be sure to constantly check for any emails regarding your visa) you will be directed to their website to furthermore fill in even more information required and then only submit and wait for your visa to be approved
Many people seem to be complaining of them not receiving their visa because they missed out Stage 2 where there are more forms required you to fill up via their main website

Horrible experience in Penang & Singapore airport

I had applied for electronic ETA using the Australian ETA App.. as usual for my twice a year trip to visit the children..
my husbands Visa was issued in his old cancelled passport although I filled in his new passport No. When I rang the tel no given online as Martin place Sydney, Elisabeth who attended my 1 hr call from Malaysia said they cannot override a Visa already issued & ask me to seek assistance with Australia border force through SIA.. In Penang we were told to delete my husbands profile & reapply, next we could not take his photo at the airport in Penang or Singapore with the glaring lights..
We tried to cancel the flight & take the next flight into Melb.. but flights were full for the next 3 days.. we have also paid up for hotels in Melb & Sydney & even a domestic flight from Melb to Sydney & back. Our whole holiday trip became a nightmare for me & my 81 year old husband

The worst app

Applied through the app but our application was invalid and had to apply a new application for kids. One of my kid had his application granted almost immediately. Mine and other kids’ passport was routed to Manila and was informed in the email that ETA is refused as my passport is not ETA eligible passport. My country is ETA eligible and it was processed in a country whose passport is not listed in the ETA eligible passport country list. I emailed Manila but no response. Why is my passport routed to the Philippines? And I had to pay twice to be told that our passport is refused. This app does not serve its purpose and isn’t transparent in its application process. Please stop using the statement along the lines of “your application does not meet the Migration Regulation 1994”. They ripped you off your money and be careful you may need to resubmit application a few times and pay for it only to get to get a reply stating your passport is not ETA eligible passport and the latest I checked, my country passport is eligible but processed in Philippines. Strange!
