I want to pay for PRO but!

I do try the free version, me personally think it was good. I do planned to use the PRO and suddenly i found some problem, after scanning for memory then it gave the duplicate picture and guide what to do, unfortunately when the pop up guide show up, i unable to continue because i cannot scroll down to click continue below. I am using iphone 5se, i keen to have pro and prefer to use avira. Could you settle this problem. Thanks

Im using this app on iPad and so far so good. However the interface is confusing because it doesn’t support the iPad’s screen. Pls fix this

On the 1st Aug, I have purchased the pro (one year) package, and today it converted to a basic plan and requested me to re-pay.

Thank you for the prompt response & I still experiencing the same problem. I’ve contacted to Avira support team via Facebook they direct me to Apple Billing and Apple Billing request me to check with you again. I’m so tired!
