Used to love this app before but now whenever i try to place order it pops up with “our rider is currently busy”..i try like everyday still the same. Please update the apps because i do think this is a really good service.

1) place order. Waited for one hour only to know the shop that I ordered food is close.
2) contact the vendor. The vendor said, they changed the business time but Belibeli didnt update it in their system.
3) make a new order. Waited for one hour, nothing happen. Contact through whatsapp, only then they will contact the rider. WHY DONT JUST USE WHATSAPP ALL ALONG? Why do u need to make this stupid apps if you didnt bother to check the orders that come in?

So i wasted 2 hours of my life today just for food that will never arrive.

I just make some order just now and the person call saya and saya jawablh but dia tutup,so i dont want to call back maybe this person still ride or whatever is he doing that time so about one a half hour dia call balik yg my order confirm so i said yes,BUT!saya tunggu almost one hour and my eyes cant hold it anymore so i ws this person and this person said that "tidak sempat" i mean like almost an hour saya tunggu,this person like doesnt take it SERIOUSLY!!so here i am hungry🤷🏼‍♂️
