FIX THE BUG NOWWWW!!!
I do love your app and all but right now i cant watch anything because it keep showing “loading failed,please try again later”. Its been 2 days now that this thing happen. I dont know how to report it on the app because somehow my in apps languages turn into chinese. Please fix it i need some entertainment in my life.

I have been using this app for quite a while now and I have been enjoying it every step of the way. However, this is not a perfect app. Anyone looking at this hoping it would be the perfect app to watch anime please understand this.
1) It doesn’t have the most comprehensive collection.
2) Not all anime or episode that is available can be watch by all user(some needs subscription).
I can and have been using this app despite this because there is not much other option, even after they introduced subscription, I still use it.
BUT, BUT HEY DEVELOPERS/OWNER OF THIS APP, PLEASE RESPECT YOUR SUBSCRIBERS.
Why is it then when I have subscribe to your membership do you STILL show me ads. I thought that’s the whole point of me subscribing is to get full access with no ads. You have gotten my money but still want to push ads at my face EVERYTIME I go into the app? Even when I just switch apps for a while to check on something then switch back to your app you also put on ads???? WHAT THE HELL!!!! Can someone explain this to me.
Start respecting your subscribers, it is very easy for me to switch if I have a better alternative and it goes for everyone else. Don’t think you can just charge us and still show us ads just to fill your pockets and we will just sit quietly.
Best app I’ve used yet!!
Ive been searching for a place to watch my favourite shows for a while but we’re either met with websites filled with adds or locked behind pay walls. Luckily, I found BiliBili. It doesn’t have many adds that annoys the viewer and the quality of the videos provided aren’t terrible. Easy to navigate as well. Overall, I really liked it!!
