I have never come across an app as bad as this. After a lapse of a few years the problems still persist. One problem is I am not able to authenticate my account because I cannot receive the OTP. Called the customer service and they have a bunch of irresponsible people manning it. They are only good at avoiding customers’ queries. Case is closed before the customer’s problem is resolved. Also, I do not expect what I posted here would be read. The most useless app ever.

Taking too long to loading

It taking quite long when using mobile data even you have full network coverage and message “request time out” appeared. Then I tried with wifi connection , it just work fine. Such not a good apps. Developer need to improve on the apps efficiency

I CANNOT DELETE MY ACCOUNT

I dont want to use your stupid apps anymore and I want to delete my account. There’s no button or link to delete account for this stupid apps. All the information given are not safe I guess. LET ME DELETE MY ACCOUNT. Your stupid apps cannot redeem, I put correct number for card still says cannot found.

Inexcusable glitches and worse-still customer service

Did not receive two mobile credit reloads in a row. Written to the customer service and was being promised a full refund which I am still waiting for 5 emails and 12 days later.
