No sound

I'm not sure whether it's because of iOS 12 or what but this app is acting very weird since I updated my iPad to iOS 12. There is totally no sound through the whole app. I tried playing all the videos but no luck. The other apps are just working fine but don't know why this app is totally mute. I tried adjusting the volume in the app but still same. Another issue I would like mention about is the sign-in option. It's keep asking me to sign-in every time I open the app.

Audio are not out from any program, when I played its. So I’m very tired about this app!!!
