Why just why why why

Why just why I have played this game for two years now and now I am writeing this because today I opened the game and suddenly it restarted and all my progress is lost and I am very sad because I played for two fricking years now and all of that is lost :( I hope you guys can find my account please do I love the game but I lost my account please please find my account

Worse and worse

The game last time was great, but after adding the sabotage powers and the bounty cards in card battles, the game just went so unfair. Example: if you are playing in a higher arena, the opponent would have some crazy powers like the team tower stun or quick shot and it is impossible to defend if you are just some 2 month player. Super unfair, keeps making me lose medallions to those useless powers. Please change it. I know that there is old school mode but it is in assault mode and occasionally in battle arenas only. I used to play it last time and you need skill to win. Now, it’s just crap. I will delete the game.👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

I really enjoy this game. But now I’m in a problem. Why my iPad cannot open this game. I already reinstalled this game but still cannot open. Also, I already factory reset my iPad and update the latest version of IOS and reinstalled the game but the result still the same. Developer, please help me :(
