Welcome addition to the competition
Had the chance to use Bolt in Bangkok and provided a way cheaper and better alternative to Grab. To find out that they are also now in Malaysia is a welcome news. Regardless if they have promos or none, Bolt provides one of the most consistent prices. Please stay this way and I hope more drivers join. As for the app itself, it runs smooth as expected and is responsive. Hopefully more accurate/detailed drop off/pick up location lists can be done. Overall, Bolt is shaping up to be a great challenger to Grab

Driver cancelled ride after arguing about location pin and no customer support staff to help
The driver was mad because he arrived at different locations even though i selected my location correctly and put the pin at my location. Since my block doesnt have a street name, it shows the nearest street name. The driver was too gullible and went for the street name even though the location has been stated and pinned at the exact location. He gave up and said he would come to me but then cancelled the ride. I went to support but nobody was there to attend to me, only AI. Highly suggest Bolt pay the AI more to do the heavy lifting of assisting their customers.

Location issues can sometimes occur, especially in areas without street names, but drivers are expected to follow the pin. We're also continuously working to improve our support experience.
