• Private phone details: when you call a driver via the app, your number remains hidden.

Service is quite good, price is acceptable but sometimes need to wait for quite long when busy hour
Unsafe, Worst driver and poor customer services
Not recommended! Met a worst attitude driver, he get angry and speak louder to me when he doesn’t know the way to destination, makes me feeling uncomfortable and unsafe. I decided to stopped on halfway and paid him full amount services fee that he asked for, even though it’s not yet arrived the destination. After it I feedback to bolt but customer services replied me with a robot they are not care about your safety.
App will has extra charge if driver takes long way.
Satisfied tourist
Good apps to travel around d city in Georgia. Safe, Accurate and Convenient to order the bolt ride. Only Telavi area we couldn’t use bolt but taxi.
