Great effort but app is buggy
I try to use it to see the catalog but the app is buggy. It keep showing me to home after I try to scroll down a few time. I hope your developers can work harder to solve these existing issues. Some of the photos not showing as well. App experience is very different compared to PC browser experience. Not satisfy with this experience, better improve it.
User Friendly & Get Rewards
I love the new design and interface of the app, simple and easy to understand and use. I easily can get info on the app. Without physical Card now I also can collect Points and redeem by just show my Virtual Card in the app, so much simpler. I can now transfer my BonusLink Points/vouchers to my family members/friend easily. There are also fun game that easy to play which I can donate to charity for FREE and without they ask my personal details. This way is more secure. On top of that, I can increase my BonusLink Points without having to spend by answer a few survey questionnaires. Pleasant experience using BLINK App thus far. Keep it up! 👍🏻

App Navigation
Navigating the Blink app is like driving on a one-way street... you can't turn back. For instance, if I click on REDEMPTION, it will show me a few categories. I click on one of the categories and it shows a few products. I can't go back and click on another category, so I click on a product. The product displayed has no specifications (such as dimensions, capacity etc.) for users to make an informed decision. On top of that, I can't go back yo select a different product from the same category. I have to go to the HOME page, click REDEMPTION & start all over again for each product.
It's so frustrating & time consuming.
