Terrible rider management
I've been using this app to send cakes to my customers, and its been the third time that the rider assigned to my scheduled order was not responsive on the day of delivery. I have whatsapped the rider, but he saw my message and did not respond. I have also called the rider and he ended the call on the second ring. There was a time when another rider called to ask me to cancel my own order without giving a reason, and told me not to report to the customer service dept. I'm so disappointed and angry as my orders have been messed up with my customers just because of Borzo, and I believe that there is no rider penalty system if your riders are behaving this way. Although the rates are only few ringgit cheaper, theres no way I will continue using this service again.
Bug app
This app is suppose to replace the previous app - MrSpeedy and i have to say, its a buggy app. Today i have to use the most primitive way to top up which is transfer into their account, send them my screenshot of receipt THEN have to wait for them to get a green light from their finance. And desktop website is also the same. I dun understand shudnt the company have thoroughly tested the app before telling everybody to switch?
So end up i was late sending out customer’s order today. Good job guys, thanks 🙄
