Ticketing system
So the problem is ..... I bought one ticket first for Hyunjin just to test it out first and it was okay but when I wanted to by a second one I couldn’t ... it said that the 1 ticket is owned .... so I bought the 2 tickets thinking maybe that’s just means the second ticket but I was wrong. I ended up buying two more tickets. I wish although I bought one ticket, I could buy more ... like legit I was trying out the features on bubble and ended up accidentally ending my bubble chat with Han when I didn’t want to and now I can’t get it back because buying 3 extra tickets is expensive. My money can’t. Please let me just purchase one more 1 ticket so I don’t feel like I betrayed Han. I didn’t want to!!!!!! 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭
Missing Hyunjin but I’ll always LOVE him
Been using bubble for a good 5 months now and it’s safe to say that I will not be renewing my next subscription. Luckily for me, I’ve never went through a difficult time using this app, it worked consistently well for me. I’m just sad for Hyunjin. To be fair, it’s not a good feeling not able to receive messages from your favourite but I do understand the reasons. I just hope that Hyunjin takes care of himself and comes back more healthier, stronger and lovelier than ever. Pls tell Hyunjin that I love him and I’ll always support him.
I didnt receive the message, while others receive it
Its been 5 months now since i subs to jyp bubble.. all the time the app is working fine but since i update it a few days ago, i didnt receive the message and i asked my friend who subs the same artist, she got it.. why i didnt? i did the payment on time based on the schedule, the period also stated i have another 2 weeks to go before next monthly payment. i hope there is solution for this issue.. as it is a purchase app not free..thank youu in advance.
