Most apps would only let you get things from the area they covered, that’s putting a limit on what a buyer can get. I mean, what if I wanted a croissant from a specific store and it wasn’t on the list? Thankfully, this app lets you choose your store. The rider will communicate with you and give you details and options if what you want isn’t available. It’s pretty much like having a personal shopper that knows what they’re doing. Though, you might have to remember that at times getting a rider will be challenging such as during peak hours.

If there’s one thing I do wish the app would add, it’d be an option for online payment. It’s better if someone doesn’t have the cash on hand or doesn’t want to deal with the anxiety of waiting to pay for a service. It’d be great for a rider as well in case of cancellation or a buyer being utter trash. Oh, you know those people or might have read about them. Don’t skim on payment to your rider, not an easy job or else all of us would be doing it. And tip them if you can.

My mom called saying she wanted some croissants from a famous cafe but surprisingly the cafe didn’t register with typical food delivery companies so I was searching high and low how to get those croissants delivered to my mom (I am out of town). So my husband said try Bungkusit and I was able to get rider in just 2 mins (maybe cuz I add some bucks in the priority fee). The rider managed to order from the cafe and delivered the yummy croissants to my mom. Happy mom, happy me, happy rider! Have added the rider as favourite so next time I can ask him to do this for my mom again. Good job for an amazing app!

Just one thing that needs to be improved: please allow customers to track the riders for ease of delivery. Know know arrive and my mom had to rush putting on decent clothes to collect the order 🤣

What I like about this apps is , you can order anything ( food , grocery ,etc ...) at anytime you want regardless of your location . Compare to the app that only allows for certain area only . But the most ANNOYING part of this app is the Riders and here some of the reasons why I said that :-

1) most of the riders take super long just to agree to pick up the Oder . ( doesn’t even count the delivery time ) ( just to agree to pick up the Oder take such a long time )

2) you couldn’t track your Oder , yes there’s a tracker but 99% of the time the tracker doesn’t actually work.

3) most of the time , the riders would only agree to take your Oder if you provide tips .

4) sometimes it take me more than an hour just to placed my order . And even sometimes the rider just cancel my Oder last minute or didn’t even show up ( didn’t say why & didn’t say sorry for cancelling )

5) they say that “oh if the rider didn’t pick up the order you could simply call our customer service.........” , but guess what even after I Call & WhatsApp the number, nothing actually happened ( they still didn’t pick up my Oder )

Ps :/ I would be this mad if this thing only happened to me once but I happen more than 10 times .
