where is the developers ?
i got a problem with my purchase stuff and try to contact the developer but they keep ignoring me. the already billing me but did not give my crate. it’s been 2-3 days for now. so frustrated about it.

Worse game developer support ever
In game bugs and errors which have been reported was treated as a simple error without any compesation for your losses or dissapointment.
Some of the bugs like jewels OR any other items which is lost due to communication error by the server during gameplay which also reported was not compesated.
Maybe the developer only treat VIP users which pay to them by buying jewels and items is more important and do not have eyes to the potential client which don’t. I advice anyone who wants to buy in game purchase to think twice.

Power Draw
For a game of such quality it is drawing way to much power. I have played games with better graphic quality and they don’t even draw half as much power compared to this. I won’t be surprised if there is some sort of a background mining happening while you run this app.
