Scam
This app is a total scam. They scammed mostly tourists, and some user they will treat like a normal app. CAREEM APP took almost 500 dirham from me. On 30th may 2023, i installed this app and try to order foor. But the restaurant cancelled the order due to out of stock, but i already paid. So they asked me to make another order, so i did. The first order they haven’t refund my money while i proceed to the second order. Then the restaurant cancel again, because careem app give 30% discount and the restaurant said they dont. That was the restaurant excuses. I asked careem for my money, but until today 3rd june 2023 i still have not receive my money. Careem keeps on making excuses. I have all the proves to everything

Honest and helpfull Driver
I left behind my pouch which has passpprt besides my wallet and other documents..abd Rahman ran back to find me at the makkah train station..tqvm

Driver did not arrive but I was charged
After waited for 30mins, the driver was able to mark as arrived when he was few kilometers away from me then the journey was marked done in the next minute.
Wasted 30mins and get charged for a trip that never even arrived and started.
I was astonished by how the apps was developed which allowed this situation to happen.
I was however manage to get a refund back to the apps on the next day (hence the 2 stars) but not a single compensation was made for wasting my time.
I had since moved on to a different ride hailing apps and lucky enough to no need to return to this platform again.
