The apps keep on showing error messages and my point was not updated since 2022, I almost give you 1 star, however after tried to logout and re-login back the point is updated.

I am able to collect points with every purchase. I am also able to receive SMS saying my points are expiring soon. However when I try to redeem my points, all I get is “unauthorised request”. When I try to logout, it says “there was a problem logging out. Pleas try again later”. After reinstalling, can’t even log in, everything is “unauthorised request”.

Unable to login with correct password. Select Reset password and unable to receive SMS for the login password. Tried delete and install back still not workable. Even tried show down and restart my phone. Numerous times to tried and remain the same. Sorry, this is the worst APPS that I keep stuck and get trouble problem in login that I’m facing so far.

After updated apps and unable to log in and press forget password also can’t log in too. When uninstall apps and install back still same problem happen until now. When press forget passwords and waiting also no respond without any message received. What can i do as can check anything without apps

I’ve been a member for sometime now. The app was working well before but of late (at least a year now), I can’t even get it to open on my phone. Reinstalled a few times. Still no improvement. Unable to redeem my coupons. Please improve or I’ll just take my business elsewhere.

Lousy apps and management . U can’t place order through phone yet their people unable to advise accordingly. End up I able to place order myself using different way( troublesome) then end up have to wait few days to collect in their store even their store have ready stock .
