My car battery indicator light turned on and the engine died midway while driving. I requested a jump start but the technician who called me said that based on my description, a jump start would likely not help. He recommend instead that I call my insurance company and cancel the request. Because I didn’t have insurance as my car is too old to qualify for insurance, I cancelled the job and instead booked a towing service at a very affordable rate of rm120 for 9km+ of towing distance. The tow truck driver said he would arrive in 45 minutes but arrived in 30 minutes flat, and all throughout the CARPUT technician called me back to ensure that I had gotten in touch with the tow truck driver tans that the pick up was going smoothly. It was such a smooth and professional experience that really helped with peace of mind especially in a stressful situation! Highly recommend not only the speedy service but the upfront transparency in pricing too.

Stranded in Parking Lot

After a two weeks away my car battery were dead flat after I went to a shopping mall.
I started first by google the first pop up contact and was told within the next hour to my surprise it’s was more then 2 hours wait with I subsequently canceled their service and found Carput gave them a called and received good response from the customer service and the technician were onsite the next 20minutes under the rain.
The technician came in his motorcycle and were very well verse to what he supposed to do and has a friendly attitude.
I paid the service with online payment which was added convenience to people who were short of cash during this type of emergency case.

What a relief to discover this service when we googled for “new battery near me”, esp after having flown back from a holiday & car was parked at airport but couldn’t start. Customer service was very professional and helpful. I received a call from the service man as soon as i was registered by customer service, to check that I’m ok with the price and to confirm ETA. He arrived earlier than his estimated time, was bery pleasant and done within 10mins of arrival. Super pleased wirh their service.
