Exchange gifts/weapons with friends

The game is great but the only thing that will make the game more fun is if we can get more interactions with our friends. Maybe the ability to add our friends or make a pact with our friends will be so much fun. Even exchange gifts/weapon with our friends will be great too. So that we could play and help each other out. It is kind of boring when we are only able to practice with our friends from facebook and do nothing more. Hope these features could be considered in the future.

Bought an item but got nothing

As the title stated.. I bought an item but nothing came through.. so I checked the FAQ and it stated that I have to wait a couple of days for the item to get through so I was like okay, I’ll be patient about it.

But was the money deducted from my account?
Yes, it was.

So then a couple of days went by and then next thing you know it’s been 2 weeks and my item hasn’t got through so I contacted the customer support and told them about my issue.. all they did was copy and paste the FAQ content, nothing new.. so I asked if my item can be given to me at the moments notice but waited 2 days and no reply from them so I told them that I wanted a refund. Surprise surprise, they replied with swiftness.. telling me the procedure that’s EXACTLY in the FAQ..

Were they of help?
No, they weren’t.

So I went on with the procedure form iTunes and they told me that it cannot be refunded because the item is in my account. But I searched every content of my account and I saw nothing I didn’t get any items AT ALL.

And so I got a friend of mine to try this out and bought an item.. and it’s been a full month now and his money is wasted too

So is this a scam? YES, IT IS.

Is this a good game? More or less.. it’s over hyped with things that forces you to say it’s a 4-5 star game BUT IT IS NOT!! It’s barely a 3 star.

All in all I DEMAND ANSWERS!!

Good review

This game is really great and you won’t easily get bored by it but the only problem is that after 3 rounds you end, you keep getting ended up with adds… could you make it where we’ll only get ads when we want of but something off the store instead of the ads always showing up after we finish 3 rounds? Thank you.
